Did they have a parade in '86?

This was my only (very uneven) CNY show. Also the last show @ HJK.

Was anyone else at the Chinese New Years where Bill Graham announced (or someone else, but think it was Bill) that the band was looking into heading to China for shows? This would be around 86 to 88 time frame and I think the show was at the SF (now Bill Graham) civic - or was I dosed?
